Think I'll bookmark this ready for after I've had and recovered from my surgery. Looks like a good workout and not massively hard to do.This was a great cardio workout for me! I usually don't last the entire video, but I managed to get through this one, and it wasn't too bad. If I got tired I would take a break to jog in place and then continue the exercise. I hope to do this everyday, it was kinda fun. ^_^. i am 10 years old most of the time i sit around and dont do much but today i woke up,had coffe,played farmville and then compleated this activity.i am on no special diet either. That was tough, but I loved it. Had to take longer breaks at times due to my asthma, Lol. I loved that you included a thorough "cool-down" at the end. I was always active my whole life and used to want to be a professional ballet dancer so I used to do ballet non-stop in high school, but I've been a little out of shape lately, so this was a good challenge. :). Would i get the best results if i did this once in the morning, lunch and afternoon? or just doing this 3 times all at once?I like the work out and the talk-through and time countdown. Very good. Only thing I would say, as a large-busted woman, too many jumping jacks! One sports bra just isn't enough!I just completed the whole 37 minutes for the first time and i am so proud of myself!! I think it actually get easier because it goes from jumping jacks which are a lot of energy to something like the slap plank which although it burns a bit it doesnt get you out of breath!! If you dont see any results just remember that abs are made 20% in the gym and 80% in the kitchen. Happy training :). This is, by far, the best cardio workout that I've done. It is definitely a KEEPER...and yes, IT WORKS!!!! :-). Wow. Many of these comments make little sense as they are typed out with such poor grammar and spelling. Any proper exercise is better than none. If you follow a very poor diet you *may * not see results of any kind by doing something like this once in a while. It depends on your current diet and fitness level but again, any exercise will do something good for your body, just not necessarily as much as you may need or want. If you go knock off a bag of chips to reward yourself forget it.

It's about 3 weeks in for me. Been doing this workout everyday. Definitely getting easier and I feel so good the rest of the day. I follow it with one of the 10 min ab routines.

This excercise burns at least (!) 200 caleries, so of course there are result regardless of you current daily nutrition..., unless you increase your daily calories based on the thought 'I did excercise, so I deserve it' ...without diet ? you can't excercise while eating every single crap you see , working out is only 50% of the work diet is the other 50%. Very little i do execise without a diet because im 13 so i cont i cant just get what i want. But there is results trust me.you should try to eat healthy...if you consume 2500 cal/day (adding cardio) and you eat 3000 cal/day ..that cardio wont gonna help you to loose weight, you have to be in a calorie deficit (between 300-700 cal /day depenfing on how fat you are) in order to loose wieght...
diet 80% work out 20% abs grow in the gym, but are made in the kitchen. You can skip bad diets and just eat healthy and that's all, it isn't that bad and it makes you feel so much better and more active.

I'm a 20 year old male, not sure whether that makes a difference to my question. But how many times a week would you say to do this workout, and will this get me in shape alone or is there another one I should do beside it?

usually you do exercise 3 times in one week minimal. or you want it more, you can add it with the exercise that aiming some part of your body, like arms abs or thigh. But remember, your body need rest between this exercise, so spare one day so your body can rest one whole day. i hope this help..
am doing this workout for the second time..and now am feeling great hope to loose some weight in the coming days..:). Im doing this from like 3 days and I already feel a big change, and I sweat alot and feel like I actually have worked out! Thanks FitnessBlender, this workout actually works!the pain i felt in my legs last week after completing it for the first time was absolutely excruciating, but now completed it for the 4th time in 6 days, and other than being covered in sweat, I dont feel a thing- other than the pain in my abdominal during it... is that normal?This is one of the first video exercises I've seen that provides adequate stretching time. Usually I have to pause my DVDs to get a long enough stretch in, but not for this one. I have saved several of FitnessBlender's videos to my favorites and will use them on my non-running days. :). I'm 17 and I did bodybuilding, fitness and some other sports in the past so I was able to do all 37 minutes and I really felt my muscles working. The best parts of the video were proper warm ups and cooling stretches so people wont get injured. Great video. Subbed.Glad im not the only one who could only do up too 10mins!!! SO unfit!!...but it wont beat me il finish it gradually.
